The menu is based primarily off what is available on the farm. Being as such, it is seasonal and in limited quantity making it an excellent arena for true farm fresh dining. We are focused on the cultural heritage of food and preserving the integrity of it with an old world appeal. The menu ranges from 5 to 12 courses for a minimum donation of $65 per person. B.Y.O.B. is always excepted with no corkage fee. Vegetarian options are available and all proteins are from the farm itself. The bread and cheese is made on premise and always one of the highlights of the meal. Your donation includes dinner, a tour of the property, and a gift bag of farm fresh products.
