Brandon is the owner and founder of Circle Rock Ranch, now located on Vashon Island since 2013. Born and raised in Los Angeles CA, he graduated from Le Cordon Blue in 2001 and worked his way through the kitchens of Patina, Bastide, Citrine, and the Roosevelt Hotel. Passions were redirected from the heated walls of Los Angeles kitchens, outside to the sunlit origins of food. After 10 years he has taken a renaissance hand to life. Focused on the cultural heritage of food and preserving the integrity of it with an old world approach. The mission of Circle Rock Ranch is to be in a 'place' where people can come together to learn, love and be reminded of our roots.
